12 Oct Fall 2015 PDP session available on US Club Soccer’s SportSessionPlanner library
The session plan for Fall 2015 Player Development Program (PDP) events is now available on US Club Soccer’s exclusive SportSessionPlanner.com library.
Designed for U-14 players, the session consists of three exercises totaling 65 minutes. It will help participants on breaking lines and penetrating through the opposing midfield.
The selected exercises were part of three different training sessions. Each exercise is designed to be included in training sessions focusing on passing and receiving technique, concepts to keep possession through creating overloads and playing through the thirds of the field.
