Fit For 90 is launching a series of coaching education webinars in partnership with US Club Soccer and Players First. As the official monitoring platform of US Club Soccer, Fit For 90 is helping teams at all levels of the game prevent injuries. The webinars are instrumental in Fit for 90’s coaching education initiative and are provided at no cost.

How to Maximize Performance & Prevent Injuries in Youth Soccer

Two dates are available to give every coach an opportunity to attend:

During this webinar, Dr. Cone will share:
- Why current training methods lead to high injury rates and how 70 percent of injuries can be prevented
- How to periodize your training to optimize player performance
- How to modify your training based on your team’s readiness to keep every player healthy
At the end of the webinar, you’ll get several youth-specific periodization templates. You’ll be able to implement these weekly templates immediately with your team or club.

As part of Players First and the pillars of Coaching Development and Player Health & Safety, US Club Soccer encourages coaches to further their education through resources like the webinars provided by Fit For 90. Each webinar will focus on coaching education and be provided at no cost by Fit For 90. Learn from Dr. John Cone, a leading soccer-specific sports scientist, U.S. Soccer Federation consultant and sports science instructor for the newly launched Professional License and Academy Director course.
Each webinar will last 30-45 minutes, followed by a Q&A session with Dr. John Cone. Additional webinars covering other topics will be announced in the coming weeks as part of Fit For 90’s coaching education initiative.
