Non-ECNL members should register through US Club Soccer via this registration form, while ECNL members will apply by contacting the ECNL’s Kristin Brunner directly at email@example.com. Interested coaches are encouraged to register soon, as registration will close when capacity is reached or by Jan. 30.
So far, registrants for this course come from 25 different states, representing every region of the country. The map even extends internationally, with four coaches traveling from Ethiopia.
Field sessions for this course will be held at a venue in the San Diego area to be announced soon, while the classroom portion of the course will be held at the San Diego Marriott in La Jolla.
LaLiga Formation Methodology is a staple of US Club Soccer’s Players First initiative, which is a branded, holistic club soccer experience for parents and players, emphasizing the development of each individual to his or her full potential, and helping parents make better choices about where their children should play.
The ECNL-hosted course coincides with the launch of the inaugural ECNL Coaching Symposium, a new coaching development program in the ECNL to help continue to raise the standard of play in the league by providing new information resources and educational opportunities to coaches within the league.
