07 Mar Registration platform update: Unified login transition successful; full account access restored

March 6, 2017

Dear members:

In our March 2 member update, we informed you of the unified login process, which will accomplish a simplified interface and enhanced security. We are pleased to announce this process is nearly complete – about four days ahead of schedule.

Beginning today (Monday, March 6), users logging into the US Club Soccer registration platform will see two slightly modified login screens with “powered by SportsEngine” branding (screenshots below).

Members with KYCK Play login credentials can sign in using those same credentials. Any staff can now “Create an account” with SportsEngine.

This brief process will connect KYCK Play credentials with SportsEngine accounts, and is an important task as we move forward with transitioning US Club Soccer registration from KYCK Play to an enhanced SportsEngine platform on October 1.

In the March 2 member update, we also advised that any newly added staff by registrars will not be able to create an account until Thursday, March 9. This is no longer the case, as we are ahead of schedule. Any newly added staff may create an account at any time; full account access has been restored.

For any login issues, please contact help@sportsengine.com.

We will continue to keep you updated throughout this process. Thank you for patience and cooperation.
