Logan Pause, the Vice President of MLS’s Chicago Fire, advises clubs and coaches to focus on developing better people, not just better athletes – an emphasis very much in alignment with Positive Coaching Alliance’s “Better Athletes, Better People” tagline.

Pause played 12 seasons with the Fire being eventually joining the club’s front office. In 2012, he received the MLS Fair Play Award, which is given for sportsmanship.
