05 Oct Beast Mode Soccer continues Players First Video Training Series with ‘First Touch’ episodes
Beast Mode Soccer has expanded its Players First Video Training Series with its latest installment, the First Touch Series. The First Touch Series consists of 11 videos that demonstrate proper technique through drills to strengthen any player’s first touch on the ball.
Since Beast Mode Soccer became a partner of US Club Soccer’s Players First initiative more than two years ago, founder David Copeland-Smith has helped boost the Player Development pillar of Players First by establishing Beast Mode Soccer as a training program that effectively helps players improve their individual technique. Copeland-Smith’s training system features short- and long-term goals to aid individuals of all levels.
“The Players First and Beast Mode Soccer partnership is growing in strength from week to week. We are starting to see players own their development,” said Copeland-Smith. “The videos that we provide have been very well received, and from my point of view, it’s absolutely awesome to see players, coaches and parents embrace them and help their players improve day by day. As an organization, US Club Soccer is the epitome of our slogan ‘Champions Do More.'”
Since its origin, the Players First Video Training Series has released 34 videos, containing a variety of Beast Mode Soccer’s drills that cover many technical components, ranging from tennis ball juggling, to Brazilian toe tap passing with a partner.
