In this video, Mary Fry – associate professor in the Department of Health, Sport and Exercise Science, and Director of the Sport and Exercise Psychology Lab at the University of Kansas – briefly explains critical findings of her research into “Caring Climate.” This refers to an environment created by a coach to make players as comfortable as possible, helping them reach their highest level of performance.
