Summary: Virginia Premier League seeks a motivated professional to manage and administer the League. The Administrator reports to the League President and works in collaboration with the board of directors to run the day-to-day operations of league.

Background: Virginia Premier League (www.vapremierleague.com) is a member of the US Club Soccer National Premier League (NPL) and Elite National Premier League (ENPL). The club-based league is comprised of twelve clubs with teams competing at the 11-U through 19-U age groups. Virginia Premier League hosts the US Club Soccer Virginia State Cup Championship and runs a fully-funded Player Development Program (PDP).

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of league
  • Run Virginia State Cup Championships
  • League scheduling
  • Site visits and club standards review
  • Administer PDP
  • Manage annual coaching education program
  • Review of new member applications
  • Establish club review process
  • Social media and marketing
  • Maintain league website

Desired Qualifications

  • League and tournament management experience
  • Effective communication and leadership skills
  • Working knowledge of club organization and administration
  • Coaching and playing experience
