This Policy shall be governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, USA, without regard to conflicts of law principles, and exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any dispute arising out of this Policy shall be the state courts or federal courts located in South Carolina.
No waiver by USCS of any term or condition set forth in this Policy shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure of USCS to assert a right or provision under this Policy shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
