07 May Fit For 90 releases exclusive #AskFitFor90 video on field size and player spacing
Players First partner Fit For 90 has released an exclusive addition to their #AskFitFor90 training videos for US Club Soccer, focusing on field size and space per player.
The eight-minute video is led by John Cone, Fit For 90 founder and CEO, and touches on more specific subjects involving spacing per player in different attacking principles, such as attacking to penetrate and changing the point of attack. He also discusses how to improve defensive spacing, and the back four shape.
Cone is recognized as a leading soccer-specific sports scientist. He is also a U.S. Soccer consultant and sports science instructor for the new Professional License and Academy Director course. Dr. Cone & Fit For 90 deliver coaching education and resources for parents and players to improve player health and safety through the Fit for 90 blog and Players First.
More #AskFitFor90 videos will be released in the coming weeks.
