Southwest Virginia Rush SC brings two teams to National Cup Finals, both advance to semifinals
Southwest Virginia Rush SC qualified a pair of boys teams to this year's National Cup Finals via the National Cup Southeast Regional last month in North Carolina, and both of those teams have advanced to the semifinals today. The U-13 team is featured in today's "Pic of the Day" and is moving onto the knockout rounds after earning its place among 14 teams in the U-13 Boys Premier Group, winning twice and tying once. Fever United cools down in player lounge after opening win of 2026 National Cup Finals
Fever United's U-14 boys team stopped by the DICK'S Sporting Goods Player Lounge at Tournament HQ shortly after earning an opening 3-1 victory against U-14 Boys Premier Group bracket foe, Cedar River Soccer Association. Fever United, which qualified from the Texas State Cup, faces Carolina FC later today, who also won its tournament opener yesterday morning. The Albion Hurricanes squad saw its NPL Finals run end earlier this week but made the most of the time in the Mile High City. North Texas Celtic all smiles heading into the knockout round
North Texas Celtic has three teams competing this week. The team pictured above is its U-16 boys team, which qualified from the Red River NPL and is competing in the Black Division. The boys started with a 3-3 tie against Florida Kraze Krush, then defeated Chesapeake United, 3-0, Saturday morning. Yesterday in its third and final group stage game, North Texas Celtic beat North Star FC, 2-0, to secure its place in the semifinal round today, where they'll face Alliance FC. Read More »

De Anza Force faces critical third game with bid to semifinals on the line
De Anza Force, a qualifier from NorCal NPL Division playing in the U-19 Boys Gold Division, came out firing in its tournament opener, beating Javier Velasco Soccer Academy (NJ), 3-0. The following day, however, Force dropped a tight contest, 1-0, to St. Petersburg FC.
