The National Cup open to teams in good standing that hold valid US Club Soccer passcards. Those teams that do not currently hold US Club Soccer passcards must obtain them prior to competing in the event.

Please contact your membership services representative for information on how non-carded teams may join to apply.


  • Teams will play one game per day and are guaranteed three games
  • Group play will take place on the 17th, 18th and 19th (All teams will have a game on Friday, June 17th so please plan travel accordingly)
  • Semifinals (if division requires) will be played the evening of the 19th
  • Finals will be played on the 20th (game and awards to conclude by 2 pm at the latest)
  • If division is made up of four or five teams, competition will conclude on the 19th with the team with the highest point total after group play being declared the champion


Application will ONLY be accepted with a valid payment. All payments must be made online with a valid credit card. Once payment is received, the application will be reviewed for acceptance. If a team is not accepted, the fees will be refunded upon notification.

By requesting to enter this tournament, the applicant agrees to abide by all tournament rules and policies of US Club Soccer and U.S. Soccer. US Club Soccer shall have the right to approve or reject this application. Once teams are accepted, application fee will not be refundable. Please contact your membership services representative with questions regarding this policy. 

A drop fee of $1,000 will be incurred, if a team drops from the event within three weeks of the first day of competition. 

In the event that the entire tournament is cancelled prior to any games being played, teams will be refunded 75% of their registration fee. In addition, US Club Soccer has added hotel cancellation insurance for all teams booked through THS, covering up to one night of room & tax, should the tournament be cancelled.

US Club Soccer has partnered with THS to be the Exclusive Housing Provider for US Club Soccer tournaments. Please book hotel rooms utilizing the event specific hotel link provided on the website and in the event confirmation emails. Questions can be directed to THS at (888) 536-8326. 

The use of personal recording devices to record your athletes and teams at our events are permitted, but ask for your cooperation ensuring the safety of yourself and those around you. If utilizing an elevated recording device (this includes the use of high pods / anything over six feet in height) the device MUST we properly secured with weights and stabilizers. You must be courteous to those around you and not block viewing and if a tournament official asks for the device to be lowered at any time, full compliance is expected.

The National Cup is US Club Soccer’s cup-based national championship series. Qualifying U-13 through U-18/19 teams from National Cup Regionals and qualifying state cups advance to the National Cup Finals.

National Cup Regionals are open to U-12 through U-18/19 boys and girls age groups in the Mid-Atlantic Regional, while the other Regionals – Midwest, Northwest, South Central, Southwest and Southeast – feature U-13 through U-18/19 divisions.
