  • Teams will play one game per day. Teams are guaranteed three group play games.
  • Group play (games may start as early as 8 a.m.)
    • Girls: July 14, 15 & 16
    • Boys: July 17, 18 and 19
  • Semifinals (if a semifinal round is not required for a division, it will be a day off)
    • Girls: July 17
    • Boys: July 20
  • Finals (will take place in the morning. Games and awards will be completed by 2 p.m. Please plan travel accordingly.)
    • Girls: July 18
    • Boys: July 21


Teams may request a training slot at the host facility on a first-come, first-served basis:

  • Practice times will only be available on July 13 for girls and July 16 for boys – the day before each event.
  • Only artificial turf fields will be used as to preserve the grass fields for the event.
  •           Due to availability and number of requests, we will only offer half of a turf field for one hour time slots.
  • US Club Soccer will not provide soccer balls or cones for the practice sessions.

All practice requests must go through US Club Soccer. Practice time blocks start at 8 a.m. and last block starts at 9 p.m. Please contact Justin Peterman at to inquire about requesting practice times. The Colorado Rapids will be providing National Cup participants and families discounted tickets to attend one of their following matches:

Colorado Rapids vs. Orlando City SC, Wednesday July 13 at 7 p.m. 

Colorado Rapids vs. LA Galaxy, Saturday July 16 at 7 p.m.

National Cup Finals is a qualification-only event. Participating teams must qualify from one of the National Cup Regional competitions or state cup qualifying events.

Application will ONLY be accepted with a valid payment. All payments must be made online with a valid credit card. Once payment is received, the application will be reviewed for acceptance. If a team is not accepted, the fees will be refunded upon notification.

By requesting to enter this tournament, the applicant agrees to abide by all tournament rules and policies of US Club Soccer and U.S. Soccer. US Club Soccer shall have the right to approve or reject this application. Once teams are accepted, application fee will not be refundable. Please contact your membership services representative with questions regarding this policy. 

A drop fee of $1,000 will be incurred if a team drops within three weeks of the first day of competition. 

In the event that the entire tournament is cancelled prior to any games being played, teams will be refunded 75% of their registration fee. In addition, US Club Soccer has added hotel cancellation insurance for all teams booked through THS, covering up to one night of room & tax, should the tournament be cancelled.

US Club Soccer has partnered with THS to be the Exclusive Housing Provider for US Club Soccer tournaments. Questions can be directed to THS at (888) 536-8326. 

The use of personal recording devices to record your athletes and teams at our events are permitted, but ask for your cooperation ensuring the safety of yourself and those around you. If utilizing an elevated recording device (this includes the use of high pods / anything over six feet in height) the device MUST we properly secured with weights and stabilizers. You must be courteous to those around you and not block viewing and if a tournament official asks for the device to be lowered at any time, full compliance is expected.


All hotel rooms for US Club Soccer events must be booked through THS, the Official Travel Partner of US Club Soccer.

The National Cup is US Club Soccer’s cup-based national championship series. Qualifying U-13 through U-18/19 teams from National Cup Regionals and qualifying state cups advance to the National Cup Finals.

National Cup Regionals are open to U-12 through U-18/19 boys and girls age groups in Mid-Atlantic Regional, while the other Regionals – Midwest, Northwest, South Central, Southwest and Southeast – feature U-13 through U-18/19 divisions.
