A few teams and divisions stood out, in particular. In the U-16 boys age group, Laguna United FC allowed only one goal in three games to leave no doubt. Colorado Elevation FC ultimately prevailed in a high-scoring match, 6-2.
The U-16 girls division was tightly contested with four teams finishing within two points of each other at the end of the group stage. League 30 Metasport FC ’06 edged PacNW ’06 Maroon in the final, 1-0.
