June 1, 2024:

  • Player and staff registration opens in for the 2024-25 season.
  • Memberships/registrations may be purchased.
  • Teams may request affiliation with a league / league admins may approve team affiliation requests.
  • SafeSport Training may be completed for the 2024-25 season.
  • Annual Staff Registration Acknowledgement may be completed for the 2024-25 season.
  • Background screenings completed on or after this date will be valid through the 2025-26 season.

July 1, 2024

  • First day of the 2024-25 season, meaning 2024-25 passcards and rosters are valid and may be used.

July 31, 2024:

  • Last day of 2023-24 season.

July 31, 2025:

  • Last day of 2024-25 season.

There are two new requirements being implemented as of the 2024-25 registration year:

1. US Club Soccer Organization Member Annual Certification Form

This form is used to confirm US Club Soccer membership renewal and obtain related updates and certifications. An authorized representative from each club/Organization Member must submit this form once each registration year as an annual requirement beginning with the 2024-25 registration year. As such, please coordinate with your leadership and colleagues to coordinate who is submitting the form so only one form per club/organization is submitted each year.

Who is eligible to complete this form:

This form must be completed by someone who 1) has access to the Organization Member’s GotSport account as an Administrative User with a role of Admin, and 2) is part of or authorized by the Organization Member’s leadership to submit this form on behalf of the organization.

When this form must be completed / contingencies:

This form must be completed prior to US Club Soccer player and staff registration or participating in activities within US Club Soccer’s jurisdiction for the applicable registration year. Accordingly, until this form is submitted:

  • Your organization’s 2024-25 US Club Soccer player and staff registration will be incomplete / ineligible (via Roster Builder in GotSport);
  • 2024-25 certificates of insurance will not be issued; and
  • Tournament sanctioning applications will not be approved.

2. Staff Registrant Annual Certification

This is a new requirement of US Club Soccer staff registration effective June 1, 2024. That is, it must be completed by the person registering with US Club Soccer prior to participating in activities within US Club Soccer’s jurisdiction.
