For the 2021-22 registration year (July 1, 2021 – July 31, 2022), one is registered with US Club Soccer when the following requirements are completed and current:

Once the org admin/club registrar adds a person to GotSport with a role of Coach or Manager (catch-all for anyone who is not a coach) and affiliation of US Club, the applicable requirements will be available via the dashboard of that person being registered. Also, a GotSport account will be created for that person if one does not already exist.

A new background screening application and process launched on June 1 for the 2021-22 registration year.
To be eligible for the 2021-22 registration year, SafeSport training must be completed on or after June 1, 2021.
This process is completed internally by US Club Soccer administrators and entails checking the person being registered against the various disqualification and suspension lists. In GotSport, the person being registered must submit a brief self-certification form to initiate this process.
