Twenty-five teams win titles at 2026 National Cup Midwest Regional

WAUKEGAN, Ill. (June 22, 2026) – Twenty-five teams emerged as champions from a tournament field of 230 teams representing 96 clubs and spanning 13 states at the 2026 National Cup Midwest Regional, June 13-16 at Waukegan Sports Park and Libertyville Township Sports Complex in suburban Chicago. The tournament featured U-13 through U-19 boys and girls teams competing among Super Group (most competitive) and Premier Group divisions.

These champions have now earned qualification to the 2026 National Cup Finals, to be held July 17-24 at DICK’S Sporting Goods Park in Denver, Colorado. Of the 25 triumphant teams, 21 clubs were represented. Only St. Croix Academy and Sockers FC won more than one division, each claiming a pair. FC Wisconsin’s girls’ side continued its prowess of the U-16 girls Super Group, repeating as champs this year after also claiming that bracket last season.

The National Cup Midwest Regional has proven to be a worthy training ground for National Cup Finals success. Last year, six Finals champions qualified from the Midwest Regional.
